At Rock Creek Coffee Roasters, we roast our coffee in small batches in Billings, Montana and ship orders as fresh as possible. Most coffee orders are roasted and prepared after the order is placed rather than shipped from long-held stock.
Order Processing Time
We estimate up to 3–5 business days for orders to be roasted, prepared, and fulfilled. Processing times may vary during holidays, promotional periods, high-volume order periods, or due to circumstances outside of our control.
If your order includes freshly roasted coffee, coffee gear, apparel, gift items, or other products, some items may ship separately or require additional processing time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Rock Creek Coffee Roasters may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, including free shipping on qualifying orders. Any active free shipping offer will be shown on the website, product page, cart, or checkout when applicable.
Shipping Locations
Orders are shipped from Rock Creek Coffee Roasters in Billings, Montana.
We currently ship to addresses supported by our available carriers and Shopify checkout settings. If your shipping address is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless specifically stated by the carrier.
Once your order leaves our roastery or fulfillment location, carrier delays may occur due to weather, holidays, high shipping volume, incorrect address information, or other factors outside of our control.
Order Tracking
When tracking information is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details after your order has shipped.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Local Pickup
If local pickup is available at checkout, pickup instructions will be provided with your order confirmation or pickup notification. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before arriving for pickup.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Rock Creek Coffee Roasters is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can help review the issue. For damaged packages, please keep the product and packaging and provide photos when possible.
Depending on the situation, we may need to work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
Wholesale and Coffee Club Orders
Wholesale orders, coffee club orders, subscription orders, gift subscriptions, and custom orders may have different shipping schedules, delivery arrangements, or fulfillment requirements. Please refer to the terms provided at checkout or contact us for details.
Freshness Policy
Because freshness matters, our coffee orders are typically roasted and prepared close to the time of fulfillment. This may add a short processing window, but it helps ensure your coffee arrives fresh.
