First Fridays of February, April, June, August, October, and December 2023 - Art Walk in Downtown Billings

 This year, ArtWalk events will take place on the first Fridays of February, April, June, August, October, and December 2023, between 5 and 9 p.m. 

Hosts will include galleries, art studios, businesses, a downtown Billings church, non-profit entities, professional offices, and other locales that recognize the artistic vitality that enlivens downtown Billings — and all of them are free!

Rock Creek Coffee Roasters will not be open during the Art Walk.

October 14, 2023 - Billings HarvestFest 2023

Join us for HarvestFest, a vibrant autumn festival presented by the Downtown Billings Alliance and Montana Brewing Company. Located in the heart of downtown Billings, under Skypoint, this grand community event celebrates the season in style.

On the second weekend of October, HarvestFest offers a wide array of arts and crafts, mums, pumpkins, face painting, balloon twisting, baked goods, and a variety of locally grown goods. No matter your age, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Indulge in the mouthwatering aromas of food-truck fare, including steak sandwiches, cotton candy, and kettle corn. Live entertainment will captivate you under Skypoint, and don't miss Montana Brewing Company's annual Oktoberfest Beer Garden and Stein holing contest. TDS Fiber will also be there, with their van set up to stream live football.

For the little ones, Wise Wonders Science and Discovery Museum will have an interactive children's area with free crafts and activities. Plus, there's so much more to explore!

This fall street festival draws people from all over the Northwest region, who flock to the streets and businesses of downtown Billings.

October 31, 2023 - Downtown Trick or Treat 2023

The Downtown Trick-or-Treat, organized by the Downtown Billings Alliance, has been a well-liked and secure Halloween option for the Billings’ community for 21 years. This free event draws numerous costumed children downtown to visit more than 50 participating businesses, which offer candy, healthy treats, and unique Halloween themes or activities.This enjoyable event has grown in popularity and is now a favored choice for day cares, schools, and families.

The Downtown Billings Alliance office, located at 116 N 29th St., Suite A, serves as the event's headquarters, providing route maps and trick or treat bags for the children.

All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

The event takes place on October 31 from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm in downtown Billings.

November 24, 2023 - Holiday Parade

The Holiday Parade is a cherished tradition in Billings, marking the start of the holiday season on the Friday following Thanksgiving.

As families come together for a weekend of feasting and shopping, the parade offers a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the season with the community.

Over 60 floats adorned with festive decorations showcase the holiday theme, culminating with Santa himself as the grand finale. The parade is broadcasted live on Community 7 Television, allowing everyone to join in the festivities.

The event takes place on November 24 at 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm
