Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Rock Creek Coffee Roasters order. Please review our return and refund policy below before requesting a return, exchange, or refund.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Non-returnable items

Because coffee is a perishable food product, coffee and other perishable goods cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Additional non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Opened or used items
  • Sale items, unless required by law

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and help make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To request an exchange, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the issue.

Return shipping

To return an eligible item, mail your product to:

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
